I supposed I just want to jot down whatever happened in 2007 since some are still fresh in my mind, so next time, instead of telling bed time stories to my children, I will just ask them to read from my blog. (Talking about lazy mom~~).
Our new home has undergone quite a major revamp and it costed a whopping RM40k++ to extend our kitchen, bathroom, study room, staircase. And that's only the ground floor, mind you, without any revamping on the upper floor. Ehmm.., maybe plus our master bathroom tiles.
However, after the unpleasant part has been taken care of, we happily moved in to our new home on 22nd May 2007. Of course, not simply moved in, we followed some basic Chinese rule, ie:
1. Consulting good date and time
2. Praying to 天公 (God of the Sky) and 土地公 (God of the Earth) by preparing 3 types of fruits + candies + candles and josstick
3. Boiling water and cooking maggie mee (this is because I am good in cooking maggi but not fried beehoon, hehe)
