CK just installed a new air conditioner in his SOHO. Not that I have any objection, it's quite stuffy there. The one that brings to mind is, just how many unit of air cond is needed in 1 household?
The people nowadays unable to stand the heat. Gone are the days without air cond, gone are the days where people only survives with fan. Now, people wants air cond AND fan together in their sleeping room.
I remembered my college days when I had to bathe 5 times a day because of the heat, and in my apartment there was no air cond at all, only fans, 1 in each room. Phew.., can't imagine whether I can survive that condition anymore.
The weather have changed drastically for the past decade. Yes, this is human own fault and yes we can change this by living green. And yes, it's hard to start, but yet, we need to start. Imagine how hot it will be another decade down the road?
Anyway, back to topic. My house has 5 units of air cond, although not all are utilized, I am still feeling "PHEW....!!!!", other than rolling eyes and sighing, I am just speechless.
