Back in Medan

Phew.., this is quite impromptu actually, since there was not any proper preparation nor planning for going back Medan.

By Monday (8th Dec), my parents called me saying how much they missed my lil babe after seeing her video in youtube. Papa even said wanna visit over the weekend just to see her, together with a trip to Cameron Highland. Well, CK did advise not to go at this kind of time due to landslide from too much December rain water.

So I informed them I wanna go back since I miss Medan and parents. CK said he will agree if his Mom has no objection, and with luck on my side, I did get her permission and went to book ticket right away.

Hahah.., I booked for the next day flight (9th Dec) until 21st Dec. CK gonna kill me for kidnapping his daughter for almost 2 weeks. LOL.....

I would say that travelling alone with infant is really a hard work. But I would say Malaysian generally are very generous for pregnant women and women with babies, so I had no problem from immigration to boarding the plane. The AirAsia crew even let me to board the plane with express boarder, bless him.

Everything went smoothly, even after arriving Polonia (Medan airport), since there are coolie whose job is to help ppl collect their luggage and carry to cars or taxis. Usually they will charge per luggage, but be warned to haggle the price beforehand. For mine, I gave the coolie Rp.10.000 or RM4 since I brought only 1 luggage.

Mom and SIL picked me up from airport and the rest are quite normal with ppl coo-ing over my babe, and this caused Dave to cry for jealousy. LOL~~~

My agenda on my trip back Medan:
1. Urut and lulur (traditional Indonesian message)
2. New glasses
3. Dental service

Hmm.., what else?
