Selamat Berpuasa!

For all Muslims friends, SELAMAT BERPUASA!

:D

Puasa (Fasting) month started at 1st Sept 2008 this year. I was working, even though it's a public holiday. :(

On my way back from office, we passed by USJ4 and saw there was Pasar Ramadhan set up in the area, and decided to stop by and check out the pasar, as I always love to see food offered during this period.

There were indeed lots of varieties of food, and the area was very very crowded.

Now, let's the pics do the talking, as no words can do them justice. :D

The crowd.

Satay Stall

They sell halal Chinese food

Roti John

See how much sugar cane was consumed? When I wanted to buy, all sold out!

Varieties of drinks, so colorful, I like this pic a lot!

Roti Jala, best eaten with mutton curry

Dadih.., until now, I still have no idea what that is. Look at the seller, posing for us, hehe

Nasi Briyani (Indian Spice Rice), already sold out by the time we reached there!

Guava to quench thirst

Kebab

Murtabak, long long long queue! I queued as well, but after 5 mins waiting, the seller came and told me "sold out". The last piece for sell is only enough for the man in front of me. So sad!

Everything is brisk business here, as people has more variety to choose from and less hassle to cook by themselves for buka puasa.

For friends overseas, please do not drool too much, and if you do, remember to wipe off your face. :D

Hehehehe

Happy Fasting Month!
